Confirmed Service Customer
I had pretty poor service on my first visit to your service center. Made an appointment for my trucks first oil change and purchase the maintenance plan through your dealership even thought I live in Mesa and your dealership is located in Goodyear due to great sales service when buying the truck. I was called that my truck was complete got in to my vehicle, question if my car was even service due to the oil life was still at 10% hoping just not reset, spoke to advisor and he came out and reset oil life. Was told that all other fluids would be checked including DEF on this visit, on my ride home I check the DEF level and not filled at all along with the windshield fluid not filled, again I live in Mesa not Goodyear. It is very disappointing that I had such a great sales experience with your dealership and to feel I was safe to make the maintenance trip to your dealership even know it is farther away and just be disappointed with your service department. Advisor said he was going to discuss with his supervisor but I have not heard back from anyone. Really feel like I wasted my money for this maintenance plan.
